The fryer is a PITCO, it is two separate units, we had them both in use together but could be separated. It is a natural gas hookup, and approximately 28 years old. It was installed with the new high school build. The fryer was in good working condition as of the end of the school year, It is currently sitting behind the high school. For viewing.
